PLEASE NOTE:
Chef fees are $450 for up to 4 hours, then $100 per hour per chef for each hour in excess of 4 hours. Please confirm number of chefs required for your event.
Waitstaff rates are $400 for up to 4 hours, then $50 per hour per waitstaff for each hour in excess of 4 hours. Ratio must be 1 waitstaff per 10 guests.
For formal dining or additional cocktails, we may require additional wait staff on top of normal ratio.
