Overview
Kimberley Quest is a 25-metre luxury expedition vessel purpose-built for exploring the remote Kimberley coastline of Western Australia. Accommodating only 18 guests, she combines an intimate cruising environment with the facilities required for extended wilderness expeditions between destinations including Broome, Wyndham and the spectacular waterways of the Kimberley.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, Kimberley Quest II offers spacious indoor and alfresco areas, panoramic viewing spaces, a large sun deck and spa. Accommodation is provided across nine ensuite guest cabins, including double, superior and an exclusive flybridge cabin, with cabins serviced daily. The vessel carries six crew and is supported by three 5-metre excursion tenders and the shaded 11-metre Quest Express for exploring areas beyond the main vessel.
Days can include tender excursions, guided walks, ancient Aboriginal rock art, fishing, swimming in freshwater waterholes and wildlife encounters. Depending on the itinerary, guests may visit landmarks such as Horizontal Falls, Montgomery Reef, King Cascade, King George Falls, Berkeley River and remote sections of the northern and southern Kimberley.
Onboard dining is centred around fresh local produce, seafood, quality meats and freshly baked breads prepared by the vessel’s chef. Private and corporate groups can also arrange exclusive charters, with itineraries and daily excursions tailored around interests such as wildlife, walking, fishing and rock art.
