Sydney day charter duration and pricing basis are confirmed with your quotation. Catering, beverages and event staffing are additional. APA: 20% for Sydney Harbour; 30% for other destinations. Monday–Wednesday: 20% off charter rates, including Sydney overnight charters, subject to confirmation. Event Staff: A$94.50 per staff member, per hour; minimum 4 hours. One staff member per 10 guests. Chef: A$173.25 per chef, per hour; minimum 4 hours. Required for catered charters over 40 guests, at a ratio of one chef per 50 guests. BYO Food: Not permitted. BYO Beverages: A$36.75 per person. Consumption Bar: Charged on consumption and settled by credit card at the end of the charter. Public Holidays: 25% surcharge on yacht hire, catering and beverages; 100% on staff charges. Wedding Surcharge: A$210 per person. Event Surcharge: A$157.50 per person.
